Nick arrived as scheduled. Was pleasant and professional. Found the problem and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. First time using this company and was very pleased with the service from the initial phone call for service and the technician who was dispatched.

Noticed a drain clog first thing in the morning of Jan 15. Called Ray the Plumber, was told Zoom Drain, (their sister company) would handle the issue and contact us. Zoom Drain gave us a window of 11am -2 pm. At 9:40 am we got a text ( with photo and bio of Matt) who was on his way and got here just after 10 am. Matt got right to work. He educated me about drain clogs and explained what he was using to unclog it. He had a flashlight with a camera that goes into the drain with the snake, while he works that, he watches on his tablet and can tell when he's making headway. He was real personable, happy to explain things about how it all works and just a real nice guy... read full review

What a fantastic company and they are very lucky to have suck wonderful employees. I am not one for reviews but this company definitely deserves my praise and acknowledgment. I had a full cesspool and called another company to pump it. While doing so they said I need the lines cleaned as well and while doing that they broke the main line came out 4x after to scope and try and clean line. After that 4th time on New Year’s Eve I had enough of them making excuses and called ray the plumber. They said my suspicions were right and the main line had be badly damaged and to be replaced. Because of positioning the best option would be to just reroute the whole line and indoor... read full review
