The office staff, specifically the woman who handles billing with glasses, was incredibly rude and unhelpful when trying to discuss billing questions. She was beyond nasty and had a rude tone when stating that certain things are not her job and patients need to do more research when making appointments rather than her doing her job and explaining extra fees and copays when visiting this type of eye doctor. I was very disappointed in how she handled the matter, as I had spoke to insurance about the matter and she stated they were wrong. Never again will I go there, or recommend anyone go there solely based on her behavior and how she talks and handles patient care.

I have been going to see Dr. Vickers for many years and have always thought he was a competent doctor, until recently. If you're going to see him for an exam to check for typical eye issues (glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration or cataracts) he's competent. Recently, I had started seeing double, especially in low light situations (driving, movies, etc.) so I went to see Dr. Vickers. He performed some tests using visual aids and then determined that my eyes were probably tired when the double vision occurs. He did not find any cause for concern. That was it. Exam over! I used to like dr. Vickers now all he cares about is money don't go there he wants his copay before he does anything cash only. The first time I went there I have something in my eye after going to another eye doctor who gave me eye drops Dr V told me he was going to prescribe the same eye drops but to use what I had left over and if I needed more to call them.I called 2weeks later because I needed the drops he said I needed he said wasn't going to call any eye drops without paying cash copay 1st he doesn't want to help me he only wants to copayNot a doctor who cares
