“I wanted to kick up my fitness this year. I was suggested to do Pilates. Researching for a place I found... The studio on the main. Let me tell you ,I LOVE ITTT. My instructor and owner of the studio Leanne Neville is SUPER AMAZING ! The studio has 6 reformers so it's more of an intimate vibe in the class. Every time I come to a class you don't know what the workout is which I like! Bring on the challenge . Also very clean and very warm welcoming .I suggest you check it out just leave a class for me because they book up fast“
“Mark is an excellent trainer who helped me at a critical time when I needed to prepare for an important physical fitness test. I had a relatively short amount of time before the test, and I was still way short of my required numbers.As a last resort, I looked up personal trainers and found Mark. Right away, Mark was able to help my numbers go up by showing me specific techniques to improve my form. After training with him for a few weeks, I was able to pass the fitness test on my first try. Mark also helped me to train and stay in shape after I passed the test.Mark was easy to stay in contact with, and flexible in working around my complicated schedule. He approaches training with a positive attitude, encouraging words, and a good sense of humor. “Love this gym. My boyfriend and I were members of unique for a long time and we did not like how crowded it was and how all of the equipment was broken. Everything is better at retro. All of the machines are like new and no matter what time you go, you're always able to get your workout in. It's never bombarded with crowds of people just socializing.
