Numerous times we discussed the design and how the flooring was to be applied via email and phone using the Sunfoam radiant panel. My floor failure occurred due to the product and recommendations regarding the install recommended by Jim. Jim was quick to sell a product without adequate documentation on installation or consideration of the information provided. After confronting him with a lawyer, Jim found a quick loophole and left me with both defective radiant heat and flooring.

We have used Sunboard Panel (NESR Inc.) on several projects for whole house radiant heating. Jim and his crew are courteous, on time and communicative. Their product is excellent! We highly recommend them.Service: Heating system installation

Dishonest, disrespectful, and deceitful business practices. I was dealing with James Skeldon (Jim) at NESR Inc. the manufacturer of Sunboard Panels. We exchanged several emails going back and forth to finalized floor plans and estimates on a radiant heat project I was working on. After looking at their initial quote I expressed interest and call James Skeldon to let him know I wanted to move forward with the order. His secretary answered and immediately told me that “we do not accept Credit Cards!” I thought that was a strange but shouldn’t be a problem, as I budgeted for this.
