RTD installed our air conditioning unit. From our first contact until the job was completed we were more than satisfied. The installers were professional, courteous, and neat. They have done the yearly service and are punctual and the office is easy to communicate with regarding appointments. We highly recommend this company.

RTD installed our first Central Ac units over 30 years ago. If you want a neat installation and first class equipment choose them! In addition their service department is excellent!

I have been an RTD client for over ten years. They are prompt, courteous and efficient. They have always returned phone calls, provided immediate service in an emergency (I.e. the a/c broke on the day of the family reunion and it was about 90degrees with full-on LI humidity), and during extremely busy times they have provided aid over the phone. In addition, they send a reminder every year to schedule a maintenance appt. before it gets too hot, it even comes with a discount. I have recommended them to several of my neighbors ...friends don't give friends bad referrals!
