She doesn't manipulate you into getting unnecessary things that won't help your vet reach a diagnosis. And if what is needed is something out of her expertise, she will provide a referral to a trusted expert. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Cronin and her friendly staff. Because it's a small practice, don't wait until the last minute to make an appointment. However, if you need to be seen same day, call and many times they will do their best to accommodate you. This is a great and loving practice.“

“I called to make an appointment and was given early the next day. When I arrived, I was welcomed warmly. The waiting area was spotless and had a beautiful fish tank my cat loved looking at. I saw the doctor quickly and she was great. She looked over my cat, gave me thorough instructions for after care, and even gave me some free Royal Canin cans for my cat. I will absolutely go back.“
