Plumber shows up & has to go to Home Depot for parts. Doesn't fix the major problem. This company is a ripoff. Called an experienced plumber who came prepared had parts in his truck & charged a fraction of what Miracle Plumbing charged. DO NOT USE Miracle Plumbing.

I spoke to Ken on phone, my mom had a leaking pipe. Very kind and said $250 service call but would apply to repair. Fixed leak in 40 minutes which included running to Ace hardware for a part. Charged her almost $700.00! Totally took advantage of an elderly woman. She knows a lot of locals and businesses in Southhold. We will be letting everyone know about his crafty approach. I hire this company to complete a NATURAL GAS CONVERSION something that i have done before in my other house but i never imagine i will have so much headache , THEY CHARGE EXTRA MONEY for the same work that THEY DID NOT COMPLETED and they had to come to my house 5 times to weld the pipe (2 pipes and hose) that was leaking . i will not recommend this company it was a horrible experience.Services: Water heater repair
