Jonathan Genovese came over the day after we called, performed an assessment and after discussing a few details, gave us an estimate. We signed the agreement the next day and the work was scheduled and completed within a week. Everyone involved at Jen-Air was very professional and courteous. The installation crew was excellent, arriving right on time and completing the job quicker than promised, and carefully explained exactly how to operate the equipment, which is working great.

I cannot say enough about the service that Jen Air provided me with the new installment for my AC condenser and furnace. From the start, I knew John was my guy for the job. He went out of his way to provide me with the service and knowledge that I needed to do the job. Jen air is up to date with all the new technology and information within the industry.
Then he brought in his rockstars of a team to do the job. Thanks to Will, Angelo, Jay, and Chris for their efforts and hard work! They truly crushed it !
Do yourself a favor and stop calling around and just call them for advice or an estimate. One and done :) !

From first contact with the office staff to contact the day after install this company exceeded all expectations. Jonathan has expert knowledge of ductless systems and helped design the right setup for my house. William and his installation crew were polite and friendly.
