This is a very nice studio that made me feel comfortable the moment I walked into the building. The atmosphere and knowledgeable teacher really allowed me to connect in my yoga practice! I am very grateful for this experience and look forward to going back for more classes !
We are in a beautiful cobblestone building called Lotus Grove in Bloomfield. We also have a private peace and waterfall garden for some of our summer classes. SECOND LOCATION: Canandaigua, 514 South Main St (corner of Parrish and S. Main) in the newly updated Billiards Square building!
