Grounded by Yoga has been a godsend for me. When my husband prepared to go on his last deployment, I felt scared, anxious, and worried that I would be in a freefall until he returned. That wasn’t the case. Thanks to Sandy and her reliable family of GBY teachers and students, I was embraced and supported throughout the entire deployment. I have never felt more grounded and just plain ol’ good until my experience with Grounded by Yoga. I highly recommend this studio to all beings. 5 stars
I've been all over the United States, and this studio is the most beautiful, as well as the most down to Earth teachers. Professional yet incredibly friendly. The Yoga Teacher Training program is as classy and informative as it gets.
What a perfect way to begin my week...Restorative Yoga with Lauren. 2 plus hours of complete relaxation and pampering. Physical and mental stresses disappeared, and I felt so refreshed afterwards. I can't wait to attend another Restorative session. Thank you GBY for offering this class!!
