Zoom Tan

I really like coming here the staff is always friendly and this location is clean. I wish Zoom Tan would get lie down beds back because for a really even tan(especially for bigger people lol), we need both standing booths and beds. I really prefer to alternate between both. I realize it's due to sanitary reasons but I really miss when they had both. Also, please install one more set of wall hooks in all of the rooms. Gives more room to hand up things you don't want touching the ground!

The staff here is always super friendly! They are also very knowledgeable on there products. I had to switch lotions and one of the ladies there recommended I try the JWoww. I definitely see I’m getting darker!Yes sometimes there are wait times, but I don’t mind waiting, it’s usually during peak time so that’s expected. The rooms and booths are always clean when I go in. I just wanna say thanks guys! Y’all are awesome at the Olean location!! Keep up the good work!Service: Tanning

I LEFT EXTEME SUN CAPSULE TO GO BACK TO ZOOM TAN AND I'M EXTREMELY ANNOYED THAT I DID! THEY MISLEAD THEIR CUSTOMERS TO BELIEVE THEY WERE OPENING UP 24/7 TANNING, AS PER THEIR ADVERTISEMENT ON THEIR WEBSITE; SHORTLY AFTER I JOINED I NO LONGER SEEN THEIR 24/7 TANNING COMING SOON AD. THE HOURS OF 10-8 AREN'T DOABLE FOR EVERYBODY THAT HAS A MEMBERSHIP!!! NOT EVERYONE WORKS A 9-5. I WORK 1130-8 MON-FRI, WHICH LEAVES ME NO TIME TO TAN ALL WEEK! NOW I HAVE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP WITH ZOOM; JUST TO GO BACK TO EXTREME SUN CAPSULE AND PAY ANOTHER MEMBERSHIP FEE WITH THEM! FYI EXTREME SUN CAPSULE IS OPEN UNTIL 12 AM!!!!Service: Tanning
