I came here for a consultation for a Scaling and Root Planing procedure as recommended by my dentist without any dental insurance. While I was told by the receptionist on the phone that they would do the procedure out of pocket, I wasn't given any cost for the initial consultation when I asked, and then after it was done, was billed $184 for a simple evaluation, no X-RAYS as they accepted x-rays that my dentist already took. Keep in mind that other dentists will perform these initial consultations for free. I would not even give them one star. They took xrays that were not covered with out checking they are the 3d that my insurance only pays for every 72 months. My husband needed a basic cleaning and when he went in for his appointment they would not do a basic cleaning. They said he needed a deep cleaning and they would have to submit to insurance. He told them our old dentist did that and it was denied. He asked for the basic cleaning he was scheduled for and they refused. Wasting his and their time. I've been going to WNY Dental in Blasdell for a few years now and I am very happy with the service I have received. My Dental Hygienist Kayla really seems to care about me and my dental health. I would definitely recommend coming to this location.
