She was very patient with us being indecisive and allowed us to take samples home multiple times, over a span of months. We ended up with a commercial grade luxury vinyl and its beautiful. We did have someone else install, so I cannot speak to installation. But, I would recommend Hamburg Floor Covering just based on customer service alone. Thank you Deb!“

“I've had Russ and his guys do numerous projects for my last two homes as well as for clients of mine as well. They have done multiple carpeting installs for us and a pretty big luxury vinyl plank install. Their customer service is top notch no matter who you're dealing with and they truly take their time to do installs the right way. They are meticulous about their work and it shows. It's always nice seeing Andrea in the store too. She is super nice, she is very good about keeping you updated with timelines and is very patient when you're not 100% sure what it is you're looking for. I recently bought a home in Niagara County and I will be in the market for carpeting and more than likely new vinyl plank floors again and it is simply not an option to use anyone else. I will be calling them soon for another project!“

“We recently purchased a rug from Carpets Unlimited located on Ridge Road in West Seneca. It was nice to deal directly with a owner who took his time and explained everything in detail. We took many samples home so that we can make our final selection. After we made our selection John the owner of the store made arrangements for installation. Our rug was professionally installed by a man named Gerry. He actually moved our furniture back in place after completing the installation. “This is my go to place for flooring. Have never been disappointed. Had kitchen floor redone a few years ago ( entry way done a year or so before that) and just had a full and half bath floor redone. Very happy with results. Good selection in store. Mike, my salesman, was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. Set everything up for measuring and installation. Rick was my installer and he did a fantastic job even in the close quarters of the half bath. He was a real nice guy too. Finished job was beautiful. Prices are reasonable ( better than the big box stores). Would not hesitate to go there again for any future projects.“

“Jeff and Ricky were professional, yet very personable at the same time. They were considerate and always let us know when they were coming and what they were doing. The color looks great in our basement and we can't wait to get the furniture back in there. The price was fantastic too. If you have the time, (3 days), to let gorilla garage gear do the job, it's the best process to use.
