Steve came out to move my hot water tank in my basement. This involved moving the water and gas lines and changing the vent location. Steve explained everything he was going to do without talking over my head and had quick, confident answers for all my questions. Steve showed up on time and did a very clean job! He will be my first call for any work I need.
My husband is picky and normally drives 45 minutes for a hair cut and beard trim. He heard great things about Heartfelt Cutz and wanted to stop in today for a cut for himself and our son. I've been working out with Jeremy for about four months now. I've worked with two other personal trainers over the past several years, and I can say in complete sincerity, Jeremy offers the best fit for me. I really enjoy my workouts and how hard he pushes me to achieve my fitness goals. I've had the opportunity to be introduced to some of his other training clients either as they're leaving at the start of my session or coming in as I'm heading out the door. Everyone is extremely friendly, and I am truly amazed by the diverse clientele. He's got clients in their 80s coming to the gym to work out with him! I've seen men and women of all ages and fitness levels walking through those doors. 3 To Be Fit offers classes, but I can only speak to the one-on-one training. I'm not a "class" girl. (Classy? Mostly. Classes? Not my thing.) If you just realized your doctor was saying, "exercise" and not "extra fries," I absolutely suggest you come see Jeremy for some personal training. If you think you can't work out because you've got a bad back/neck/wrist/leg, think again. I'm in need of another go-round of my bilateral carpal tunnel surgery because my wrists are wrecked. I've had a spinal fusion on my L5/S1. I have compartment syndrome, which makes my legs get super-cramped at the most inconvenient times. Still, Jeremy finds exercises to work around these things. Some days I can do the sets he has planned for me, and other days I need him to adjust because my wrists can't take the weight. He was also sure to tell me from the beginning that if I absolutely hate a certain exercise, we will find something else to work that same muscle group. In other words, if you hate jumping rope, he'll let you skip it. If you're not into weights, but love books, I'll bet he'll let you lift dictionaries to add some definition to those muscles! If you're a military veteran, there are discounts. I'm pretty sure he's got something through Independent Health as well. Myself, I pay the full price because it's worth it. I mean, if it weren't for Jeremy, I wouldn't be where I am today -- putting the BUFF in Buffalo. Okay, I'll stop now.
So glad we decided on Master Khechen’s our son is now a blue belt, and the things he has learned in a few years he will carry with him for his life, they are the friendliest people and make you feel like family. There are so many things you can do, extra classes, events, even for the parents and the best part is we never feel pressured. The things they do for all the kids our family and the community is incredible ❤️ 10/10 ?

Cannot say enough about how great our experience was. Tom drew up an amazing design for our new patio. Eric and crew worked diligently for 10 days, some days in 18" of snow. Eric is absolutely the best in the business! He is diligent, precise, creative and hard-working. The result was well beyond our expectations. Our new patio has transformed our lives and we are forever thankful!

I took my elderly Aunt here for a Wash, Perm and hair cut. She was taken right at the time of her appointment. The hair stylist was very kind and considerate with my Aun throughout the few hours that the service took. Very nice results at the end although her hair should have been trimmed a tad bit shorter. She enjoyed getting out and getting her hair done again! She has been going to this location for years.
I've been going for 2 months now. my flexologist, Madison, has been a God send. My range of motion has increased alot in my injured shoulder. There are stretches i couldn't do on my own that are beneficial.

Just had Superb Curbs install curbing around 2 large flower beds. Todd, Max and the crew were absolutely the best to work with. They matched the color perfect to stamped concrete we already had.
It came out so nice, before they were packed up to leave we asked them to install one more section surrounding an area that had bushes and our generator. They were surprised, and happy to oblige us.

We visited multuple flooring stores while trying to decide on a type of flooring for our entire first floor. Deb was awesome to work with. She was very patient with us being indecisive and allowed us to take samples home multiple times, over a span of months. We ended up with a commercial grade luxury vinyl and its beautiful. We did have someone else install, so I cannot speak to installation. But, I would recommend Hamburg Floor Covering just based on customer service alone. Thank you Deb!
The job was great from start to finish! The workmanship and detail was amazing. The foreman Nate and crew was very patient and did not rush this job one bit. The entire job was approximately 90 feet long. We returned from vacation and found a little fairy garden that our Grandchildren were just amazed with too! We will definitely hire again for our next project!

I have always been impressed by the Kaczor Funeral Home. They took care of my sisters and my brother. More recently my husband.Jim was very caring and made sure everything was as I wanted it to be.The day of the funeral was very stressful but the staff of Kaczor's made sure everything was taken care of. From the funeral home to the church and to the cemetery where a military honor guard was present.I'm grateful to them for easing the pain I felt at my husband's loss.
Wish they didn't still use quarters... would've loved to just swipe my card. But... they have the biggest best front load around. Plus the facility is always clean!!

It was my first time in Glamour nails today and I had a pedicure and a dip done by Anthony and it was the best pedicure I have ever had. He was great to talk too and my dip nails are beautiful as well. I look forward to coming back. I own my own company as well and I know how important great feedback is well-deserved.
