Completely unprofessional, even to a long standing customer. We were quoted $800 for tree removal. Paid with check, and were told we needed to pay an additional $64 after the fact. When told we were not paying more than originally quoted, we were verbally assaulted on phone over "taxes". Obviously he wanted to not claim this on the books, but that should have been communicated BEFORE completing the work.Service: Tree removal

Black River Tree removal services came back and performed their magic on the house next door to ours that we just purchased. They cleared our lot at our first house and we have our dream yard thanks to them! This new lot we purchased has been neglected for years and we couldn't even get back there to see what trees we wanted to keep. Know we have a nice cleared lot and will definitely be calling them back now that we can walk the lot! Highly recommend! They work fast and know what they are doing!!
