There are not enough good words to say about this company. They managed my property and assisted with multiple renters for over 10 years. Then when it was time to sell , they were able to get all the repairs necessary to put on the market and it sold 2 days after being listed. If I didn't contact Sonia for help when I moved out of the area I probably would have had to foreclose on my property.

My husband is not a reviewer, but I am! He loved going to Suki's every two weeks while he was stationed at Drum. After about a month or so the ladies knew exactly what he wanted and delivered. There would sometimes be a wait, but well worth it! Very friendly, know exactly what they're doing. He always came home and was happy with their work, was about $15 per hair cut. Relaxed atmosphere.
Kyndl was great at taking care of several plumbing issues I needed help with before tenants moved in. He knows what he's doing, is very responsible and kept the costs low. Highly recommend in the Scottsdale area!
