There are not enough good words to say about this company. They managed my property and assisted with multiple renters for over 10 years. Then when it was time to sell , they were able to get all the repairs necessary to put on the market and it sold 2 days after being listed. If I didn't contact Sonia for help when I moved out of the area I probably would have had to foreclose on my property.
Very prompt in providing service in a pinch and handled a problem we could not figure out and had us baffled. Ever in a pinch (or I guess plugged), he's the guy to bust that stuff up no matter what it is. Thanks again.
I’m actually sad we hadn’t tried this place sooner! This place is right outside the gate that we live by and we’ve always thought about it but just haven’t gone since we’ve been here in July 2024…my son desperately needed a haircut and I’m so glad I went to Suki’s, his hair looks amazing and I truly mean that because I have been to barbershops literally all over the country of course, being a military family and this is probably the best haircut he’s ever received. They are also affordable, and they cater to our military, I will 100% be returning!
Kyndl was great at taking care of several plumbing issues I needed help with before tenants moved in. He knows what he's doing, is very responsible and kept the costs low. Highly recommend in the Scottsdale area!
