I have used Turf Grow in the past with good results. This year, however, has been a disaster. I suppose I should have said something when the tech did not plant the yellow caution flags at the corners of the lawn as required but instead planted them willy-nilly in the yard. But the real problem arose the second month of service. Due to what I was told was a "calibration issue" the chemicals applied killed my lawn. Dead. Brown. The owner said they would reseed it but nearly two months later that has not happened. Meanwhile crabgrass and weeds have taken over. An email to the owner with photos saying that I was not pleased was never even acknowledged. I am hoping that the company will repair my lawn this fall but at this point I am not at all sanguine about that.
Turf Grow has been doing my lawn for about 3 or 4 years. I love how green my grass is, how healthy it looks. Even my 2 dogs love the grass. It is soft and thick to walk on. Turf Grow does a great job!!!
I have had the pleasure to work with Turf Grow on a one-to-one basis, and have been pleased with the result. This company offers a wide variety of services to both the residential and commercial fields, and is a local company with the capabilities and experience of a multi-regional company. I would certainly rate them A+++.
