I can’t thank this company and employees enough. When a pipe burst and flooded our basement, they were here within hours of my call. They were highly recommended by a friend and I understand why. Everyone was knowledgeable, direct and personable. They removed our wet insulation, dry wall and flooring and hauled away immediately. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up and checked daily for moisture and further damage. They worked directly with our insurance company- even our adjuster said they were the absolute best. Thanks again to Damien, Justin, Katie and the rest of the team! We couldn’t be more thankful.
Mike and his helper did an extraordinary job in our basement after Saturday’s flood in Morris. We called and Sean came over the same day to give us an estimate. The next day Mike was here cleaning up the mess. We were very pleased with the service and highly recommend this local company. Thanks everyone!
Last night, our washing machine flooded most of our basement and we tried to shop vac and use our steam cleaner but just couldn't manage to clear all the water. Service Master was prompt to respond to our needs and we're on our way to a clean, dry and safe basement again! I highly recommend these folks - not that we want you to need their services, but if you do, they are really good!
