My son lost the only key to his car - a mid 80's Honda CRX, and we thought we were royally screwed and would have to replace the ignition switch and all door cylinders in order for him to be able lock his his doors. Pro-Tech helped us the same day we called. He drove to the vehicle's location and crafted a new key to fit the locks right there on the spot in just a few minutes. I was busy, so my wife and son met with the locksmith. They said that he is definitely not a warm, fuzzy type of guy. We were not looking for someone be our friend, or to go out to have a beer with. We wanted someone to perform a job for us quickly and efficiently, which he did. Pro-tech saved me a bunch of hassle, headaches, and most importantly, time and money. After the job was done, a small dog walked up to my son's friend where the car was. The locksmith drove away and came back a few minutes later and told them that he saw the dog's owner looking for him a few blocks away. I think the fact that he came back to help them reunite the dog with its owner says a lot about the type of person he is. Maybe I do want to have a beer with this guy after all? :) Highly recommended!
