There are many reasons not to hire this company based on my experience. There are some reasons to give them a second chance. Here's what happened: Caleb's receptionist was the one who agreed to and wrote up the contract for a deck replacement. I believe Caleb himself did not have any say in it (he fired her in the middle of my project). However, if he doesn't know how to build decks, he should have admitted to it, and then backed out. I would have been understanding. Instead, he and his crew showed up no earlier than 12 noon, did not communicate the days they would not be there, and a job that should have taken 2 weeks max took 7. WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Unprofessional, not on time, didn’t show up, lied about things, didn’t consult about issues, left a mess, rude and unresponsive, project was never actually finished, probably caused more damage than good. Absolutely can’t ever recommend Caleb or this company. Go elsewhere for your work.Services: Remodelling
