I’ve had Caleb and his team work on multiple properties now, and every time they’ve delivered top-notch results. Caleb is incredibly helpful, easy to work with, and always keeps things clean and professional. He provided clear estimates and was great about working around my schedule. He’s done everything from plumbing repairs to new flooring, new windows, a deck, a catio, and updates to both bathrooms and kitchens. I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of work, and I’ll definitely be hitting him up again for my next project. Highly recommend!

Caleb and his employees showed up on time, didn’t disappear mid-project, and only barely judged my DIY attempts. The crew was fast, friendly, and cleaned up better than my wife that has OCD. If you want quality work without the usual contractor drama, this is your team.

I was very pleased with the work done by Caleb and Planet Property Constructions. For three years I had tried to hire a contractor to complete installation of a simple railing on my porch. Other contractors either did not show up or did not come back. Caleb was working nearby and I asked him to take a look - he measured up the job, gave me a (fairly priced) estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him.
