I went into National Floor Center this a few days ago with a piece of tile. I was not there to buy; what I really needed was help and information.
I met Robert Ellis, and explained I was looking to sell about 360 sq ft of tile my sister had in her garage to help her out financially, and I wasn't sure if the tile piece I had was ceramic or porcelain. Mr. Ellis took one look at it and told me it was natural marble tile, and then proceeded to invite me into his office as he went online to not only try to find that same tile, but educate me as to what it was selling for, so I could then decide what I wanted to price my sister's tile at for sale. If you are in the market for flooring, you have to go to this place. I have never left a google review before, but had to since I just had a great experience. Amazing customer service. We stopped down to look at engineered wood flooring, and Robert the owner spent about 2 hours with us total on a couple trips down to pick something out. I did the install myself. Robert loaned me the nail gun and compressor for 2 weeks, and provided a box of staples. Right before install, there was a question on the humidity level of the floor. I had them cut and bind some large remnants from an earlier carpeting job. The result is I have two beautiful new carpets. They picked the perfect binding color, the new binding is stitched, and the price was very reasonable.
