Mr Rooter had a Tech available 1.5 hrs ahead of schedule, which was great, as our sewer line to street was completely blocked. John was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He ran the cable through the entire sewer pipe several times, bringing up a mass of roots, and used a cutter tool to remove debris. John cleaned up when finished. I would recommend Mr Rooter to anyone with a simple or difficult plumbing problem.
