We are very happy with our new ductless ac and furnace. We interviewed several companies (one did not even give us a call back), and Dan was by far the most responsive. He spent time developing a plan for us, answered all our questions, and helped with the warranty and rebates. His install team was professional and respectful, protecting our furnishings and cleaning up thoroughly. Good Job!
Recently had an install of a new ac unit at my house. Met and did everything with Dan, amazing how seamless everything went front start to finish and fair the price was. Most professional HVAC company I’ve used in the Broome County area, reach out, your won’t be disappointed.
Awesome experience! Woke up to no heat..called as first time customers and after trying a suggestion from dispatch gal over the phone, a Technician was dispensed and within 2 hours we had heat! Todd, the Tech, took the part back and did the necessary repair and WALLAH! We are now devoted customers..highly recommend!
