I have to tell you how upset I am, due to Mike Regional Sales Director. I had called for a problem with my roof and he stated he would come to look at it. He never showed up. Numerous times an appointment was set and he never showed, nor called to reschedule or apologize. After two and a half months; and another call to him; he said "gee forgot all about it. So not gonna do it."
Well with such a poor attitude and lack of responsibility to his word, how bad is the whole company?

Roof held up well for 7 years but failed under warranty, beware of warranty, Mike King will only provide product even though letter clearly says labor and material and then tells me its a boiler plate, he will not honor labor warranty, don't believe what they put in writing, he will drop off more materiel and its our problem and cost to fix it. We have worked with Astec for many years now and we have found there product to be superior to other coatings on the market and the customer service is always there when I have needed them.
