I am a procrastinator and I decided last minute to get graduation invitations for my son. Since I waited till the last minute, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get the invitations in time. But I called and spoke with Sara Who is very helpful, texting me back daily making sure I liked everything that was done for the invitation. Sara and Julia Were able to get this done in four days for me which is crazy awesome. I highly recommend them and will not go anywhere else. They are a great asset to the company.

Devin’s service goes far beyond expectations. He came for an estimate and gave me multiple options for what might be possible given various different price ranges and time constraints. He was personable, patient, amazing at listening, and very thoughtful and earnest. He even left me with some products that I can use to keep the problem at bay until it can be fixed more permanently! Devin’s honest and respectful and clearly has as much knowledge as he does integrity, which is saying a lot. This is my go to hair peoples. This time around I seen Cassandra and Sharra, who both were great. They both were really good, Cassandra was really sweet and things were super hectic that day so the cut was kinda uneven. I got it fixed with Sharra today and got it a little shorter (I only want my hair cut once a year so shorter the better) and she was great as well.

Nicole is the best for curly hair! I have been going to her for years now. Before I met Nicole, I would cut my own hair because it was hard to find someone to make curly hair look good. She's great at what she does and my highlights always look superb! Hlthe hair loft is a cute and cozy space with parking available. She uses Innerscence products, which are clean and high quality . She also teaches you how to make your curls look their best and tips check her out curly heads!

Dashawn has been cutting my hair since I was a kid. He was really good at tolerating my childish behavior back then and now he’s always on point with the cuts. I have seen the reviews here complaining about appointments being missed or changed but I have rescheduled with him AFTER my appointment time and he was great about rescheduling me and even putting me in immediately when I needed. Best barber in town for sure!

Gabriella is a true artist in every sense of the word. I’ve had my lashes done for 10 years but when I started going to her I understood what artistic lash design is. I like the full look but she makes them look so natural by using alternating lengths to make them look natural and gorgeous.
Her facials are unique and upscale. She has equipment most facial businesses do not have. I love the fibrobrast stimulator that encourages regeneration of collagen and elastin. She also has an amazing peptide mask. I would not go anywhere but to her for my treatments. Staff has never been anything but gracious and polite.

I had booked online and accidentally booked incorrectly, I immediately sent a message panicking because they charge a fee for cancellations of under 24 hours (which i totally understand!) but I couldn’t pay the fee plus book a second time for the actual nail session. Nikki was super understanding and moved my appointment for me to the day I needed. She did need to move my appt due to being sick which again I did not mind at all cause we’re all human! She ended up coming in early so I could get my nails done without having to rush my day, and she did an amazing job too. Highly recommend, it’s nice coming into a salon and feeling a welcoming vibe.
I’ve been going to Pro Nails for as long as I can remember-Ann is the BEST! When she does my pedicure she’s precise & spends extra time on massaging my feet and calves (my favorite part)! And she is a superb nail artist, she can do any design I ask for. The rest of the staff are very pleasant which always makes it an enjoyable experience that I look forward to.
I highly recommend them & could never see myself going anywhere else.

I've been here twice and was really pleased both times. Don't come here expecting anything fancy... they're a small salon, but they get the job done. I've gotten both acrylics and a regular gel mani and pedi here and both times they looked good. Prices are really fair! The only complaint I have is those fish are fighting for their lives in that tank... clean the water and I'll give 5 stars the technicians are all ready nice, if you dont like something just say so, and they'll fix it for you. I've never felt uncomfortable asking for things to be different if I didn't like them. All in all, solid nail place in the Binghamton area.
Lee is the best he's nice , & very talkative when he senses that you / I had anxiety. Talked me through & everything. A girl did my blood droplets but he did the base. The normal frenchies was from a guy I don't know anyone names but Lees lol. The orange ones with the black & the frenchies with the design was lees work & he's the best!! Always asks if you like them & if not he will make them shorter , longer or redo the design!! The pedicure portion I only even gotten my toes painted... never tried the spa cause as I stated I have severe mental health issues that cause me to be to scared. But one day I will because my feet neeeeed it !!! The inside is really nice & clean. It does get busy tho:/ Anyways ignore my fat fingers , crappy tattoos & ugly toes.

I would give 100 stars if I could. Amazing atmosphere. Highly professional & skilled. Very personable & genuine. I messaged her to see if she could fit my daughter in for her birthday, she responded promptly & was able to fit us in just in time for her 16th birthday. She gave my daughter EXACTLY what she asked for, literally looked just like the picture. The amount of time, care, and careful attention to detail - hands down the best service I've ever received. I will definitely be back and will not be going to anyone else except her from now on. I just love her! She's not just amazing at what she does, I can tell that she is an amazing person too. She has a good heart & genuinely cares, which makes all the difference in the world. I'm so grateful!

In December I experienced a major plumbing problem at my home. Roto-rooter was able to resolve the problem by using a high pressure water jet and inserting a liner in the main water/sewer drain. A hugh project! All technicians, Chris, Travis, Joey, Billy and Ryan were friendly and courteous and kept me informed every step of the way. Travis, in particular, went over and above overseeing the entire project. He really seemed to care about a successful conclusion which, thankfully, was achieved. We recently hired Parlor City to take on a very tedious staining project: The Pergola over the top of our Gold Fish Pond, with waterfall feature. We are absolutely THRILLED with the outcome, The care and attention to detail on this project was beyond our expectations. They did a fantastic job of protecting the pond during the staining process, the entire structure was hand stained, they did not use a sprayer. We will definitely call Parlor City again for our next project!
