Had an appt (or at least I thought so) for my yearly system check . When tech hadn’t shown by early afternoon called & spoke to Michelle . She had a different date on their calendar for my service . When she heard I had taken day off from work & they couldn’t get me for another month based on their & mine availability ..She worked some magic & had a tech to my house within an hour ..great customer service ! Thanks MichelleService: A/C system maintenance
