A representative arrived and took measurements and said he'd get back to us the next day with an estimate. That never happened. I waited a few days then e-mailed the company and again received no response. Maybe they're as good as the reviews say but that was not my experience.

So before I called I had ideas of what I was looking for and Orlando took measurements and he did exactly what I wanted. I totally love how it looks.
