I had a virus or some kind of bug in my mac. I took a picture of the message, took it to the Mac guys and Paul came to my house since I was reluctant to unhook everything. He was friendly, courteous, professional and able to fix everything and upgrade my Mac. I am thrilled. Love these guys.
