For starters. I am deathly afraid and anxious any time I have a dental appointment. This was my first time at Silverman & Associates and I was referred by a ton of parents in a local Facebook group. They were prompt with taking me on time, the hygienist was WONDERFUL, quick, kind, and made me feel comfortable, and Dr. Silverman kept coming in my room with jokes, fun conversations and a gentle approach. To add, about 4 days after my appointment I was feeling a little pain behind a tooth (because of something I did- not from them), I called at 11am to explain what was going on, and without hesitation they asked me to come in right away. Not even sure where to begin. Let’s start with trying to find a dentist in an emergency on a Saturday morning in the summer. Tried at least 10 places closer to me before I called this office and was on my way within 5 mins. They took such wonderful care of my son. Answered all my pesty questions as a worried mom. They made sure they did everything they could do for him before we walked out the door. They were so accommodating, patient and super nice and friendly. I’m so glad we found them and look forward to being a patient for a long time.

Love the staffs there, friendly and never feel the pressure to make any decisions. Sometimes could be tough to make an appointment within the 30 days range, they are so good but they are so booked.
