Sondra was both congenial and thoughtful. She considered my preferences and made her recommendations backed by 40 years of experience. I was exceedingly happy.
Requested style: Blunt cut, one length, shoulder length, able to pull back if necessary.

Excellent customer service focused staff! Got great service and an amazing haircut from Josie, that was better than any high end, high price, snooty salons and it's snoot-free... hahaha! Highly recommend this salon.
Requested style: I asked for a very blunt cut at the bottom without any lift, angle or layering, taking off 2 inches.

I was a new customer and was able to get an appointment right away that fit into my schedule. Sondra was my stylist - she chatted with me about the cut I wanted and looked at some videos I brought before starting. She did an amazing job! I am thrilled with the new 'do.' Since it was my first time there and I was cutting my hair short, I really appreciated that she took so much time with me to make sure we were on the same page. Sondra was so personable and professional and put me at ease right away. I would highly recommend her. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well. Prices very reasonable.
