Kaizen Centre For Health & Wellness, founded by Tara O'Brien, Chiropractor, provides Chiropractor & Physical Therapy services to Bellmore, Merrick, Wantagh, Seaford and neighboring Nassau County towns. Founded in 2000, the intention was to create a full service health and wellness center providing chiropractic care and physical therapy for sports injuries, back pain, sciatica and more. Dr. Tara O’Brien received her Bachelor's degree from New York University, and her Master’s degree from Queens College. She obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. She is a Board Certified Chiropractor in New York State.
