How fortunate we were to have found and engaged Family Fence! In this day and age, there seem to be few companies that LISTEN to their customers, take such GREAT CARE in examining and understanding the specifics of the job situation, explain things IN DETAIL, plan the job thoroughly and perform the work with such DILIGENCE and CARE. Before deciding on a fence installer, we had several other companies visit our property for a site inspection and an estimate. None of them came even close to the professionalism of Family Fence. Bill and I had seen rave reviews about Family Fence on Next Door. We called them and spoke to Frank, who set up a date for Christian to come and look at our new front steps and give us an estimate on PVC rails. We were very impressed by Christian, not only because of his long experience installing but now as a salesman. He explained the company valued longtime people and there was great loyalty there. We signed on the spot.The job was done meticulously by craftsmen and it looks like it’s always been part of the house. We called to tell them how pleased we were with every part of this experience and are happy to share our ringing endorsement with the public!
It was a great experience working with Frank at Family Fence. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. I was located out of state at the time and Family Fence was referred to me by my builder. Frank was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and a good communicator. We did all the process over the phone. He was able to recommend the type of fence/style based on looking at the house and providing recommendations for a cost effective option (talk me off the ledge from an expensive idea that I had).
