“The staff was very nice and the facilities were clean. The problem was the cryotherapy itself. First, it doesn't go lower than -140. Second, you don't even get to -140 C. I went three times and each time they didn't run it to get it to -140 before you got in. The last time I asked if it can be set to the temperature beforehand but was told that it would get there. I was hoping to start at -140 and run to -160.“

She worked her magic and by that night the spasms stopped. I was still in a lot of pain so she squeezed me in the next morning and a few hours later I was able to resume my normal activities. “I am not a real Eastern medicine guy and I am not really comfortable with acupuncture. I only went to Joe as a last resort.
