Great experience at this veterinary center! It's hard to find a vet that sees birds, so I had to travel a bit to this location. But it was worth it and I'm glad I went. They took there time, explained everything, and did a really thorough examination. Before doing any tests they explained each one, what it would cost, what their recommendations were given my bird's age. I highly recommend them.
Can't say enough great things about Dr. Hess and her wonderful team of veterinarians and technicians. From wellness visits to unforeseen sick visits, my bun, Mona, and hamster, Diesel, always receive exceptional care. I know my little ones are in the best of hands from start to finish. I also appreciate the discussions we have about species specific diets, dental health, enrichment and preventative care. Love and trust this practice and highly recommend!
The team here is absolutely fabulous. They took really good care of my rabbit when she had GI stasis and needed to stay all day for treatment. Dr. Hess was very informative, and the technicians and assistants were very professional and calm, which was important for keeping my bunny from becoming too anxious. We felt very comfortable leaving Harry Styles the rabbit with them even though we were nervous about her condition overall. Christina was reassuring and she was great with Harry Styles. The receptionists kept us updated the whole time while she was in the back and when we had to leave her there, and a technician called us to let us know they got her to start eating...read full review
