I don’t often write reviews, but this particular story had to be told. On the weekend of November 10-11 2018, I began to have issues with our gate and needed immediate assistance. I called the Tri State Gate and was able to communicate with someone right away. The individual I was communicating with directly was named Chris, The level of attention he has given me was truly remarkable and that is the sole reason why I wanted to write a few words about my experience. He walked me through my issue over the phone, paying attention to every detail and taking into account my frustration, and was able to easily derive at a solution to my problem. He did so on his own personal time, going above and beyond for me as the customer. His dedication to me as a customer was greatly appreciated and I can truly say that I have never felt the amount of support coming from an employee of any company I have ever dealt with in the past.
