15 Anderson Ln, Goldens Bridge“My previous vet in Cross River put my pet through unnecessary exams and inconvenienced us with irregular hours. Despite their posted schedule, I arrived on three separate occasions only to find the clinic closed and locked. Moreover, they showed disrespect towards my easygoing, elderly father. But since discovering Goldens Bridge Veterinary Care Center (GBVCC), those issues are now history. In stark contrast, Dr. Immerblum and his team at GBVCC prioritize animal well-being and are mindful of costs. They went above and beyond to obtain my dog's records from previous providers and ensured our comfort throughout the transition. During our initial visit, Dr. Immerblum dedicated more than an hour to getting to know my dog and answering my questions. Unlike my previous experience, GBVCC is reliably open during regular business hours, with staff available until midnight and even later for emergencies. The difference is remarkable. Their recommendation from a neighbor was spot-on, and I'm incredibly grateful for it. I can't express enough how wonderful they've been.“

N Moger Ave, Mt Kisco“Sending my dog to Tim was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My dog, Bailey, is a senior pup - she'll be turning 9 this year. It just goes to show there is never a time that's too late to try and work on training with your dog.Tim has a phenomenal approach to training that put me at ease very quickly. He's extremely knowledgeable, very in-tune with dogs, and understands that every dog is different and has a different pace of learning. Aside from general obedience, I sent Bailey to work with Tim because she has a lack of confidence and was reactive to other dogs on walks. It was hard seeing her struggle in certain situations or get stressed out. I sent her to Tim for a full 4-week program. When she came back, of course she knew things like heel, place, come, learned boundaries, etc. Those were all things I expected as I'd gone through them with Tim beforehand. The things that were so wonderful to see was that she can go on walks now and not get aggravated by other dogs or get stressed out by dogs passing. She has much more confidence and it's only helped other anxieties she has - the more confident she is in herself, the more she's okay not being attached to me and fully depending on me.The other thing that's so great about Tim is he really makes sure you're set up for success when your dog comes home. In addition to the detailed emails he sends along the way of your pup's journey, he spent a long time with us practicing commands, walking, and gave me printouts and emails that had all the information in it. He also has so many video resources. And even better, he goes into explaining why certain tactics work and why your dog responds well to certain things. He dumbs it down into language and something I can digest and really understand. Although it's immensely difficult to be apart from your dog for 4 weeks, I always knew Bailey was in good hands. Between his emails and the Instagram updates, I always knew how Bailey was doing and was reassured. She came back happy as a clam. I'll be utilizing Tim's boarding program from time to time when I need to go away for sure.Thank you, Tim for everything you've done for Bailey!“

148 N Bedford Rd, Mt Kisco“High quality products at a very fair price. The Dogwatch remote training collar and controller I purchased is the best I have ever used or seen (used and seen many). The proprietor took time to go over it with me in a very caring and knowledgeable manor. The device is very user friendly and much more comfortable for my dog. I also picked up a pound of bully sticks. Nice store!!“
“Canine Guidance Center is a wonderful places for dogs of all ages and stages (we brought our puppy as soon as she was rescued along with our 11 year old lab and they both LOVE it). They come home happy and exhausted, and are so well behaved with all other dogs when we are out and about. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about all breeds and personalities and make us feel like our dogs are the favorites! My only wish is that I could go with my dog!“

513 N State Rd, Briarcliff Manor“The mix of high+low reviews here is perplexing, but I can only speak to my own experience. I am so grateful that I found the Animal Health Center/Vet Village -- they gave us extraordinary care. My dog was in acute distress and I had seen 3 vets within a week, including a world renowned ER in Manhattan. All of them could tell me that something was wrong, but were not able to diagnose. All referred me out for further testing at providers that didn't have availability for months. Eventually I found the Animal Health Center/Vet Village. Dr. Haroush quickly assessed my dog, got him in for tests immediately, and within hours was able to consult with a neurologist, run tests, and provide a full diagnosis. He kept in touch day by day about progress, options, and financial implications. The vet tech and admin staff were kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. Dr. Haroush definitely has alpha surgeon energy, and is laser-focused on animal welfare, and less on sugarcoating things for the pet parent. I can understand if this style doesn't click for everyone. But I trusted his expertise and actually found him to be very compassionate. I see many comments here that say this clinic is expensive. It is, but so is vet care everywhere (again, in my experience. And we may have many factors to blame for that: I had already paid an incredible amount at other clinics that yielded no results. I paid a lot here too, but got the service I paid for: timely results, communication, and personalized support. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs full service and is struggling to find it.“

“I was looking for a reliable bird vet for my ducks and chickens, and I found one in Dr. Z! I recommend any poultry farmers / backyard keepers to come here- they actually know what they’re doing. Worth the drive from Southern CT!“
