Probably the worst customer service I have received from a small business. The lady that answers the phone was not pleasant and told me that they have emergencies that take priority over me needing propane to cook my food. And after trying to get answers about 2 weeks I was told I need to stop calling and wait for the service manager to contact me. I would like to thank whoever it was that finally forwarded our info to Bottini to help us out.
