“Luke of Lakeside was fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend him more. The heater in the bathroom had been leaking water for years and rotted out the whole floor(he didn’t do the original work). He laid out all the work that needed to be taken care of, gave us spot on solid estimates and came in right on budget, now extra BS. He worked fast and got the job done right and fixed all the bad work that had been done. Any work he couldn’t do he referred us to a great carpenter and they work super well together.I call him whenever there’s an issue, and couldn’t recommend him more. He’s a solid dude and enjoy working with him, two thumbs up.“

Hot water heater quit, called PETRO, and immediately talked to a human, Rich. Appointment set up, they located the brand I wanted, and Victor from PETRO showed up promptly as scheduled. Victor was fast, friendly, and explained the new unit.

Hot water restored, old unit gone, 2 hours elapsed, no huge mess.

“They replaced a sump pump last week, just in time before a major storm. They came out and finished the work in one visit, and replaced the valve as well. The pump did its job, saving us damage to our furnace and laundry.Professional and civil, they worked with confidence during the entire visit, and also showed me how to replace a whole-house water filter cartridge. “They showed up rite away .They put in a realy good hot warter heater I didn't have to worry about buying one.They fixed 4 broken outlets and out door faucet. 2 ,400. Did a good job,no complaints.I would hire again.“

“My heat wasn't working when I turned it on. I called around to many companies. Royal class was able to come out that same day. The issue was not a quick fix. I felt both Craig, Matt and Dan did a great job explaining the work and cost of the job. A repair job was was scheduled very quickly. The guys took care to cover my floors while working.
