Luke of Lakeside was fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend him more. The heater in the bathroom had been leaking water for years and rotted out the whole floor(he didn’t do the original work). He laid out all the work that needed to be taken care of, gave us spot on solid estimates and came in right on budget, now extra BS. He worked fast and got the job done right and fixed all the bad work that had been done. Any work he couldn’t do he referred us to a great carpenter and they work super well together.I call him whenever there’s an issue, and couldn’t recommend him more. He’s a solid dude and enjoy working with him, two thumbs up.
I used Lakeside plumber again. He called 20 minutes before arrival and he came on time.The job took 4 hours and he has to stop a surprise leak. He did the work and clean up. Great job and knowledgeable. I will use him again.
Luke came out and replaced our hot water heater and did some other repair work on our gas boiler. His work was impeccable and he left absolutely no mess. Everything works great. Would not hesitate to hire him again.
