My husband and I are elderly and due to medical issues, homebound. We needed a new printer. I called JK Techs and they were more than happy to help! They ordered the printer and came yesterday to install it! It was connected and printing in just a few minutes.Both my husband and I simultaneously got an alert on our phones that they had been affected with a virus. The Apple logo looked legit and the settings icon looked legit as well! I told my husband not to click on it and I did the same. Although that was not the reason for his visit, he looked at both phones and confirmed it was a scam! Javier was just wonderful. He is very professional and thorough. He explained to me what had to be done in my computer and I had it ready in less than 2 days, as he promised. Highly recommend him!
