“Luke of Lakeside was fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend him more. The heater in the bathroom had been leaking water for years and rotted out the whole floor(he didn’t do the original work). He laid out all the work that needed to be taken care of, gave us spot on solid estimates and came in right on budget, now extra BS. He worked fast and got the job done right and fixed all the bad work that had been done. Any work he couldn’t do he referred us to a great carpenter and they work super well together.I call him whenever there’s an issue, and couldn’t recommend him more. He’s a solid dude and enjoy working with him, two thumbs up.“

“Jeff Toland / Toland Construction is a great craftsman and cares about quality work. He is honest, gives quotes that are reasonable and does the work on time. The workmanship is first rate and he is a great communicator. You need to see his portfolio of projects that he has done over the past 35 years in Cold Spring, Beacon, NYC, etc., to get a sense of how devoted he is to his customers and the quality of his work. He has numerous great referrals. Note: there is a customer on here who gave a really negative review and I think from the looks of it that you should not pay any attention to it. I've had nothing but good experiences with Jeff. Instead, I think you should call Jeff for an estimate, speak with him and judge for yourself. You'll be quite pleased you did-- he's a great contractor and person.“

“Rob has done several major projects and renovations in my 1890s home. He is not only very professional, but also very honest and straightforward. What is best about Rob, is his ability to design space and offer excellent suggestions for remodeling. He picks great products and has a great sense for the time period of the home. He added a full bathroom in my house and remodeled a second bathroom. I have now hired him to replace all the windows. He is great - give him a call.“

“Got my stunning frameless shower doors about 5 years ago. Absolutely stunning doors and they care about the work they do for you. The best is they back up their work, if you have an issue, they are there to check it out. My issues had nothing to do with the shower doors or installation, but had to do with the other guys who remodeled bathroom for me. If you want reliability, honesty - trust me, this is the place. I realized I forgot to comment years ago when he did the wonderful job for me.“

“We used Anton and his team for remodeling our basement and garage after we had water damage. They put up replacement pieces of sheetrock which looked amazing. Absolutely no lines just perfectly level walls. Their workmanship was outstanding. The owner was on site a lot of the time and his team worked very neatly. The painting was simply outstanding.
