In short details: This is the best place for an authentic barber and clean cut.

I went to Max, and one thing for sure, is that he knows how to cut hair and bring out your best style. In addition, it’s nice to go to a barber that is authentic & also welcoming to all hair types. In addition it has a local and community-oriented feel based on hearing the conversations when I walked in. I’ll definitely go back when I’m this area.

My husband decided to get his haircut here on a whim during a day trip in Beacon. He was slightly hesitant due to recent negative reviews but decided to go for it- and I’m so glad that he did! It’s the best haircut he’s gotten in the area and on par with haircuts he’s gotten in nyc. He felt that the barber was really attentive and it definitely shows!

Max is fair, fast, and neat. He was able to fit me in quickly and on a holiday. The shop is very tidy and despite being right next to a smoke shop, smells great! Seriously, one of the neatest shops I've ever seen. Will be back!
