I reached out to Jef for a small tattoo and he was super communicative and informative. We worked together on making sure size and placement worked. His shading work is incredible. He was super friendly and worked quickly and well. The shop has a super cool vibe, great area.

Top Shelf Tattoo is amazing, I went in with a vision, walked out with a dream tattoo that Rob did, he is so amazing artist wise and personality wise. Scott made me feel instantly comfortable. I will be coming back for a back piece.
