This doctor is a real doctor! He is a great listener, and knows his stuff!! Was able to adequately diagnose and changed my medication to one that I actually needed. His equipment is state of the art and his office clean. Staff was very nice. I have had terrible experiences with other urologists. I’m happy to say he is my urologist from now on as he is extremely knowledgeable and actually cares about his patients.
I believe him to be a knowledgeable individual. What I don’t see is a concerning individual. Get them in, get them out. This was my second out third visit and I experienced a coldness in the office. I’m not there to exchange pleasantries but I feel a coldness.
Dr Ricciardi is my father’s urologist. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. He treats every one of his patients as if they were members of his own family. He does his very best in ensuring that all of my father’s questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. His staff is definitely top first class. Their professionalism, and kindness towards my family is greatly recognized and appreciated. Having to move far away from New York for work, I take great comfort in knowing that my father is in great hands and that his medical needs are being addressed by this wonderful group of people.
