Doesn’t even deserve one star. Took over two hours to do a gel manicure and pedicure that costed $82. They charge extra to take off gel polish and charged me full price for gel polish removal despite only having gel on TWO NAILS THAT WERE CHIPPED. Horrible experience. While I was in there another lady came in saying she got powder a few days ago and woke up with powder off one nail which they rolled their eyes at her. I also showed what color I wanted (#5) and the lady started painting my nails coral. I have no clue how they have a 4.9 star rating but don’t go here.

The owner is the only nail technician, and although her prices may be cheaper then other places you get what you pay for!!She seems to rush through doing nails because she is ALWAYS running late even with an appointment you will wait well over an hour at times just to be seated, and her nail work tends to be sloppy and tends to lift quickly. She is ALWAYS on her phone which takes away from her focus. She will not schedule appointments in person or over the phone and prefers texting which takes her days/weeks to respond to an available opening and that is very unprofessional.
