“Half the house lost power while I wired ethernet cable from the router to a room upstairs through the attic. I called Bianco and a very patient lady, Phoebe answered the phone. I was called back by Steve right away and he asked me for a couple of simple things, possibly to save me time and money. I liked immediately that he was upfront and transparent.He came the next day and went right to work. He wasn't trying to get me to sign on some dotted line. He went right to the panel and started diagnosing and poking and fixing, with not one word about the price. Steve just wanted to fix the problem by getting down to it. I kept asking him questions and he answered them all until I realized I was talking too much for him to focus on the task in front of him.The panel needled a part which he left the premise to go and get. He went outside and caulked silicon to make it waterproof. The power was back up. He charged me a very reasonable amount and I paid him by Zelle. He gave me an estimate for a possible future work and that was very reasonable as well.I love the fact that he wasn't a salesman but rather a true professional who cared that I had safe and functioning electrical system.
