STAY AWAY!!!! I bought a Groupon a couple months back for a facial. I tried NUMEROUS times to make an appointment with Michelle. My calls/texts were left unanswered; the one time I did Finally reach her to scheduled an appointment, she ended up canceling it anyways. I tried several more times to reach her to reschedule and never received a call back.... Needless to say she still redeemed by Groupon anyways.

I made several appointments to get an organic facial from this place. The owner contacted me twice cancelling and rescheduling my appointments due to personal issues she has. I told her it's fine, I can reschedule (TWICE). When I finally went to the appointment that she agreed on, I was 15 minutes late due to the fact that it was pouring rain that afternoon and there was traffic everywhere. As a result, I was a whole 15 mins late. As soon as I walked in, she was very rude..no greeting at all. She was like you are 20 mins late so I can't do your facial.
