They were terrific. I started out at the big box store where no one could give me any of the answers I needed. Headed to their old location and thankfully saw the sign they had moved. Went to new location on Freeman Ave in Islip. Helped me pick out the right floor for the job. Pleasant helpful and easy to deal with. Installers just left and my den looks like a new room. Awesome job.

Excellent service, salesman were great and got us the carpet that we wanted for half the price compared to home depot and installed it within a week of choosing it! I highly recommend pats carpet! Great place. I posted before and after photos.
