I love Aida and Sam . Honestly I've been going here for years . They are always busy which means they have to be good . I hate when I see bad reviews like tech couldn't speak much English . It's not like they can't translate for us . It's a business

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. Asked them for a gel manicure cause I wanted to keep my natural nails, and they removed, in the most painful way, the tips that I had on. Literally ripped them off with a card. After complaining about it, I still showed them the pic of the colors I wanted, something simple, but they did whatever they felt like, and when I asked for a nude base they only put clear polish instead. Had to pay for something that they didn’t even filed right, and tipped only cause the second person that did my nails was kinda nice but for some reason they didn’t do what I requested. They rush and dont care to listen to what you want anymore. Tip the lady $10 and has the nerve to ask for more money. Been going here for over 10 years. Now I won't even look at the place when I go by. Do not go here.
